We wanted to showcase in this post one of our recent new builds in Fairport Harbor, an entirely custom home that took about one year from our initial meeting with the client to handing over the keys.
Our client wanted to maintain a nautical theme for the entire home (perfect for Fairport Harbor), so elements like the wood, tile, flooring, and even some custom-built rope-wrapped lights were installed throughout the home to reflect that.
Other custom elements of this Fairport Harbor new build included:
Custom-build electric fireplace with option for gas in the future
Custom-build handrails that surrounded the entire vaulted ceiling, opening up to the kitchen and living room from with wire balusters
Custom-build lights wrapped in nautical rope over the kitchen beams
For the bathroom, our client went with seashell on her faucets and the floor of the shower was pebbles, like walking at the beach
The front porch was stamped concrete to look like the floor of a pier at the beach, with color to match
The landscaping was all rock and low maintenance in the front with the same theme in the back
